MiNDMELD EXAMPLES

A Team of Teams

Through our highly interactive experiences we helped a new cross-functional team align and connect. Outcomes  were developing a  co-created vision and a plan to implement it..

Reforming

We helped teams come together after a reorganization at google. The keys were building new habits, developing a deeper understanding of shared responsibility and individual swim lanes and  new insights about individual and shared  passion for the work.

“On Your Feet made a big impact. We reached our highest potential as OYF helped us to understand each other and develop a set of best practices for working better together.”

Some of Our Techniques

We’ve designed and customized MindMelds for organizations such as Uber, P&G, Google, Disney, Nike, and many others. Every MindMeld is unique based on  the teams t, but here are three common aspects:

1. See each other’s value

We’ve developed dynamic techniques to help participants understand the teams and individuals they collaborate with in deeper, more meaningful ways. You get real answers to that question:  “What exactly do you all do in your department?”

2. Build new skills for impactful collaboration

We often help set norms of the day (and beyond) by giving the group experiences to improve collaboration, innovation and co-creation.

3. Create a new set of operating agreements

Teams answer questions like:  What structures will help this collaboration? How will we respond to conflict? How will we celebrate each other?

Why MindMelds?

So often today, internal teams need to come together to work together. This can be challenging.

When two or more different teams have to come together, they often don’t understand how each other operate, what they really care about, how they measure success, and what they need to be their best. And of course these days sometimes they may have never even met in person!

To help teams be successful, On Your Feet creates facilitated MindMeld experiences that are designed to support newly formed teams and groups to work together cross-functionally.

Nike MindMelds

We’ve helped Nike teams of all kinds MindMeld together across design, innovation, marketing, product, and more to find alignment, passion, and better results.

“Bringing in On Your Feet was a great way to give my design team some practical skills and to really help them open up.”

Engaging Audiences

Here are five things you can do to connect with the most important people at your event: the audience.

Hybrid Solutions

Today, events and conferences are often hybrid, here are some unique solutions.

The Perfect Ending

Every big event should end with a powerful experience that summarizes the event, here’s the science and business behind why.

Keynotes

We believe Keynotes should be “obvious” and involve the audience, here’s two of our leaders demonstrating this philosophy in a TedX talk.
