The idea

The Pollination House is an On Your Feet side project dedicated to helping get ideas that we care about out into the world. We get excited about ideas that help people improvise with skill and agility, encourage people to play with the things they take seriously, and stimulate learning through experience and action.

Once a year we try and put our money where our mouth normally is by giving cold hard cash (up to $3,000) to help produce, publish, or sponsor a project that inspires and excites us and helps get some of the ideas that we care about out to a wider audience.

Pollination House includes:

• The project of our annual grant winner (way cool - check it out!)
• White papers with our musings on intriguing aspects of improv in organizations
• A growing series of "cookbooks" - practical how-to handbooks to help you apply improv principles to specific areas
